All Nippon Airways (ANA) is set to significantly enhance its service between Kuala Lumpur and Tokyo starting September 1, 2024.
Currently offering daily flights exclusively to Tokyo Narita Airport, ANA will expand its operations to include a daily service to Tokyo Haneda Airport.
This move will provide travelers with fourteen weekly flights from Kuala Lumpur to Tokyo, evenly split between Narita and Haneda airports, thus doubling the current flight availability and offering more flexible travel options to both of Tokyo's major airports.

Making the Most of KrisFlyer Miles
Given that both ANA and Singapore Airlines are members of Star Alliance, you'll be able to redeem ANA flights directly from Singapore Airlines' own online booking system using KrisFlyer miles.
Of course, for many of you, it may be even more worthwhile to consider simply flying Singapore Airlines from KL to Tokyo Haneda, which requires a stopover in Singapore Changi Airport.
Singapore Airlines has multiple flights to Tokyo Haneda daily, with the Singapore-Tokyo leg being served by either an A350-900 or a Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.
Business Class redemptions are slightly more difficult to come by however. The earliest Business Class flight I could find with availability on ANA is on 14th November 2023.
Interestingly, on the same day, all Business Class Saver Awards and Advantage awards on Singapore Airlines were taken up!
In such a case, it would be a no brainer to opt for booking the ANA Business Class award, which would cost you 52,000 KrisFlyer Miles.
